We offer a Worry Free Weather Policy. If it rains at your scheduled delivery time then we will refund your deposit or you can reschedule to a different date. If the weather is projected to thunderstorm days out and you want to cancel, you can, however we don't issue refunds until the morning of your party because NC weather is so unpredictable and it could end up being beautiful that day. We do not issue refunds for light rain showers during the summer. If you cancel, then that unit will be available to the public again and you could potentially lose out on your rental and deposit, if it ends up being nice out on your party day. We do not issue refunds for weather once the unit has been set up.
No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play.
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. We work on our schedule (1) to (2) days prior and will text with exact delivery and pickup time frames.
We can setup on grass, concrete and asphalt. We cannot set up on rocks, gravel, loose sand, stumps, rooted trees or standing water. We have to set up on level ground. If we arrive to setup and see that one of the "cannot" options is the only option then we will be unable to set up and no refund will be given.
Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator, longer cords can pop your circuit breaker. We do provide 50ft extension cords.
The only exceptions are weather concerns. In the event this happens you can turn off at the blower or unplug from your outlet. Please do not unzip the inflatable.

We are unable to setup and conduct business on city property which includes parks
Cash or Credit Cards. We require your deposit to be paid with a credit card and the remaining balance can be paid by credit card or cash. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.

Yes all orders require a 25% Credit Card deposit. They are fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 7 days prior to your rental date. If you cancel between 2-7 days prior to your rental you will be given a rain check that is good for 1 year.
We cannot set up at apartment complexes due to liability issues.
